  1. I was struggling a lot to find a moving company that could accommodate my personal schedule+old apartment pick-up truck schedule+new apt available time slots for the freight elevator. Despite short notice, Cousins USA managed to successfully move in all my furniture within less than a week of reaching out to them! Steve was extremely helpful in coordinating everything so that the move went smoothly and all my stuff was moved out/in within 2 hours. The 3 movers were quick, efficient, and super friendly.   5. This is the second time using Cousins Moving and Storage. This was a one day move from one house to the next. Isiah was very caring and professional, He followed up with me all the way until the furnitures were picked up delivered and set up at my new house. The three individuals who did the moving were business-like. They were careful to wrap my furnitures, load them in the truck, secure and transport them safely. Nothing was broken, only a small cratch observed to a piece of the furniture which was not worth complaining about. The cost was a bit pricey but it was worth it. I am happy I used this company and will use them again or recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company.

  11. I was extremely happy with my experience with Cousins. This was a move I did not want to make and I had been dealing with a lot of medical issues. When Brian came to my place to give me an estimate, he was very nice and understanding. The movers did an excellent job, led by Dudley, and everything got to my new place safe and sound. I had many boxes of fragile and cherished items and every one of them were intact. Cousins was also several hundred dollars cheaper than the other mover I had gotten a quote from – and Brian explained the reasons for the price being a little higher than expected, starting with it being a Summer move, something I had not realized effected the price. I will definitely use Cousins for my next move.

  33. I want you to know that our move to St. Augustine was an amazing experience thanks to your crews headed by Mr. Kingsley from Stevens. His workmen were polite courteous and experienced.

    They were a pleasure to entrust our furniture and artwork and fine accessories to!

    We told them if and when we move again we want the same crew. Mt Kingsley the driver. Maurice, Tony, Lloyd and Jason, that loaded the truck in Pembroke Pines. I cannot express how happy we were to use Cousins/Stevens. We have several friends that are planning the same move and we have already recommended you and your company.

It has been a month since we moved and I am just getting around to letting you know that the team you sent out under the supervision of Kingsley were excellent (Kingsley, Ron and Vernon were exceptional and the young man whose name I cannot recall was very hardworking and polite). They were professional and extremely diligent. The weather did not cooperate with us and it took longer that expected. They did not complain but persevered for the two days they were with us.

    The weather caused them to work late into the night on both days. As I have unpacked and put things away I have found several moving blankets – which I am sending back to you via USPS. They were either hidden underneath things or inside of some of the larger boxes to protect the contents. Please do not blame them for leaving them behind because it was so dark when they left and they worked so hard to get everything into the house and garage despite the weather.

    My compliments to you for having an excellent team of movers!

As you are quite aware of by now, our family has chosen COUSINS to move our homes with so many moving company’s in the south Florida area it’s not easy to choose a reliable and respectable moving company especially with all the nightmare that take place in the south Florida area with senior citizens as you know my mom is 83 so before I decided to select a moving company for her family I thought it would be best to do my due diligence on movers in the Boca Raton area after hours of reference calls and information I obtained from the B.B.B. COUSINS MOVERS was the company I went with do to it’s AAA rating by the B.B.B. what was more important to me was the way your past customers. So if you can please reach out and till the gentlemen who moved our family we say thank you it would mean a lot to my mom and thanks again Steve.   39. I couldn’t find enough words to describe how competent, personable, and just plain all around great packing crew was. They are certainly a huge plus to my satisfaction with Stevens (Cousins). The crew appeared on time, did their job efficiently and worked well together. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There is nothing I can suggest to improve the service provided. We are more than satisfied with all aspects of the move. This is the second move we’ve made Stevens. We were so pleased with our first experience, we didn’t expect the second to be as good.     As you probably remember, you moved me out of my condo in Inverrary and, on very short notice, into storage due to Hurricanes Rita, Katrina, and Wilma. When my furniture and belongings arrived in Coral Springs on time and for the exact price you quoted me, it was a relief. That’s why I asked Cousins to move me again today.
