The Challenge
An out-of-state FF&E purchasing specialist, Golden Sourcing Inc., was tasked with furnishing a facility in Fort Lauderdale but lacked a receiving location for the furniture. They needed a warehouse large enough to store furnishings for two assisted living buildings.
Additionally, they needed a team capable of handling delivery and installation at the buildings.
With no way to receive the furniture, they turned to the best choice—Cousins USA!

Golden Sourcing found us through an online search for warehousing in the area and contacted our office, where they connected with Clement Pollio, Vice President/Co-
Founder. After discussing the scope of work, Clement confirmed that we could fully support the project.
Their representative was then introduced to Angela Pollio, Operations Manager at Cousins USA. Together, they reviewed the manifest, timeline, and delivery requirements, allowing us to build a customized inventory system for full client visibility.
Over the course of approximately four months, all items were received into our warehouse. Each piece was opened, inspected, labeled, inventoried, and stored in our climate-controlled facility. Photos and inventory updates were made accessible to the client 24/7.
The project was completed in two delivery phases to the assisted living facility, where our crews unwrapped and staged each floor across both buildings—bringing the space to life and creating an environment residents were excited to see come together.
The Solution
On installation day, Golden Sourcing’s representatives provided floor plan layouts and walked our crews and project managers through each space.
Our teams then began unpacking and staging each floor of the facility, with every level showcasing its own unique character and style.
It was a project we were proud to be part of, and it was incredibly rewarding to see everything come together.
