Cornhole Tournament
“Toss Away” Cancer Fundraiser Event
On October 20th, Cousins USA Moving & Storage brought the community together for a heartwarming cause by hosting the inaugural “Toss Away” Cancer cornhole tournament.
This event was dear to our hearts because we named our business “Cousins USA” after our cousin who helped us get started in 1996. Unfortunately. Our dear cousin lost her battle to breast cancer a few years ago. Today, we continue to fight against this disease and hope to bring more awareness to this cause.
The event we held was a fun but competitive cornhole tournament. Local businesses had the opportunity to sponsor cornhole boards and scorecards. The community was able to register to play in the tournament. The atmosphere was filled with camaraderie and hope, as attendees of all ages tossed bean bags in support of breast cancer research.
We are proudly able to announce we raised an incredible $4,108.23, which has been donated to the American Cancer Society, specifically benefiting the Men Wear Pink campaign.
Thanks to the incredible support of participants, sponsors, and donors, the “Toss Away” Cancer tournament successfully raised significant funds to contribute to the fight against breast cancer. Cousins USA Moving & Storage is proud to have played a role in advancing this critical cause and extends heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made the event possible.
