A local businessman was planning a move from a 2-bedroom apartment to 2-bedroom single family home in Pompano Beach.

The reason for the move was to be able to live closer to his office and have less commute.

Gabriella Pollio received the inquiry and set up an appointment for her father, Clement Pollio, Vice President/Co-Founder of Cousins USA, to talk with the customer. The local businessman was impressed by our attention to detail and believed the estimate presented was a fair price.

He scheduled the move for the following month and then received a confirmation call two days prior to the move, from Angela Pollio
This confirmation call discussed the time the crew would arrive, confirmed that the certificate of insurance was already taken care of and sent to the apartment building he was moving out of
He was also given the name of each crew member assigned to his job

The Solution

On moving day, the crew arrived on time, completed a walkthrough of the apartment to confirm items being transported. Prior to loading, everything was packed up and protected for transport.

By the end of the day, all of his belongings were safely moved to his new home for the exact estimated price.
