Summary: As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will need to answer inbound calls as well as make outbound calls to touch base with customers throughout the moving process.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be able to offer and sell solutions to customers throughout the moving process.
• Must be able to work within a team of at least two people.
• Must be able to keep composure, multi-task, and remain positive.
• Strong organizational/computer skills is required.
• Intermediate to above average typing skills.
• Clear speaking voice over the phone.
• Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus!
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Willing to take a drug test.
• Clean background record.
• Reliable transportation.
