I'm giving Cousins a 4 instead of a 5 this year. Mr. Eddie was the leadman with Mr. Robinson and Jean. They were an hour late meeting me at the Extra... Space Storage. Mr. Eddie explained to me that he was not aware that he was supposed to be there at 8:00 am. However, once they got going, they worked efficiently and packed everything professionally. I had to end up helping them move the light things because it was necessary. They wrapped what needed to be wrapped with blankets that Penske provided. The crew shrink wrapped all of the items that were not wrapped with a blanket. I believe for three people, they worked as fast as they could. I had to end up helping them because it was necessary in order to help minimize the time. The person who took my original order misjudged how long it would take even though I explained to him everything that I had to have loaded onto my Penske moving truck. I should have had either 4 guys like I had the last time or set it for 5 hours. I have no problem paying or 5 hours had I known it would take that long when I first placed my order. Finding out you are going to be $180 over your budget the day of is not a happy feeling. I want to add that Mr. Eddie is a true professional. He works with a perfection mentality and he was careful with handling my furniture. The guys helping him followed his instructions and there was no issues between the three of them. Would I use Cousin's again if I ever needed to...the answer is yes, but they need to do a better job of calculating the entire job's overall price based on the logistics provided to them.read more
