One of the items to move was an electric bed known as Sleep Number. When Mr Clement Pollios, the salesperson and co owner of Cousins, came to my house to give us an estimate i especially showed him the bed and asked if his men knew how to move that type of bed, he replied “oh yes, they move them all the time”
Well neither of the ; movers had ever moved a Sleep Number bed and they proceeded to totally disassemble the bed! I was horrified, but those 4 men worked very hard trying to figure out how to move in.all total, the 4 men wasted ; or more hours trying to figure out how to move the bed!
When they assembled the bed again, they spent another : or more hours attempting to put the bed together again.
The team of Mike, Jani, Dietrick and Jean were very hard working but had no training at all.
